| Responsibilities: |
As a Client Account Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the integration of assigned online accounts, conduct demonstrations, and the rollout and notification of all new versions and updates to the program. The Account Specialist will assist clients with questions and troubleshooting, they will be responsible for tracking and monitoring client usage reports, and will design, develop and maintain contents for standard online and customized user guides. In addition, the Account Specialist will act as a liaison between the client, Sales, IT and Inventory Management to facilitate the best possible client experience.

| Qualifications: |
A successful candidate will have project management experience and 3+ years of complex customer account management experience. In addition, you must have effective planning, problem solving and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines. Technical experience relating to e-business, online or Web programs a plus. Experience with live trainings using Go to Meeting, WebEx, etc. highly preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
